Delete your account

You can request deletion of your sorcerics account and its associated data at any time. You can do this in any of the following ways.

Option 1 — In the app

1. Open the sorcerics app.
2. Go to Settings → Your Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2 — Request form

If you can no longer access the app, submit a deletion request using the form below. Use the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

Option 3 — By email

You can also send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to:

However you reach us, we will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and account information stored by sorcerics.
• Your usage history and data linked to the SOL service.

What is not affected

Deleting your sorcerics app account does not delete your Shopify customer account. If you want to delete your Shopify custoƒmer account, you may need to contact the store or Shopify separately.

This action cannot be undone.
